Coming Together

Greetings from the IAFR Annual Missionary Conference! Most of our team was able to rally in Holland, Michigan, for a week of worship, learning, reflection, and encouragement.

Behind each one of us stands a team of people partnering with us through prayer and giving. We are thankful.

Reflection

Dr. Randy and Edith Woodley joined us as our guest speakers. They shared from their story as indigenous followers of Jesus who have experienced generational displacement. They also offered perspective and insights about what it means to follow Jesus and engage with other cultures as we pursue our mission of helping people survive and recover from forced displacement.

Refreshment

We also took time to enjoy one another, rest, and take in the beauty of our surroundings, including Lake Michigan.

Return

Today is the day we repack our bags and make our way back to our ministry locations. I am encouraged to know that our team is showing up in the lives of displaced people in life-giving ways every day.
