Pastor's Seminar
Sep 28, 2019
-Tom Albinson

We met with around 30 refugee pastors in the new KISOM building (above) that IAFR built earlier this year.
The first speaker was an Anglican theologian from Sudan’s Nuba Mountains. He spoke on the need for pastors to never neglect their families as they pursue their ministries.
I was asked to teach on Stewardship. After getting an idea of how they understand the meaning of the word, we explored the Parable of the Talents with an emphasis on knowing and investing what we have been given – focusing on what we have been given and not on what we lack.
It was a good first day together.
