Eleven years ago, I was here with Kenyan friends and a Nigerian/Filipino couple with whom my wife and I had taken a 3 day safari to dream together what it might look like to create an international mission agency designed for ministry among refugees. It was then that the seed of what became IAFR was planted.
It seems right that a tree is at the beginning of the story of IAFR.
It was meaningful to stand there again today with Dr. Kalantzis – who was appointed IAFR’s Senior Fellow for Theological Development at the beginning of the month.
